Remember Whens-Day: Inkie by Patty Leidy
Here's an obscurity from the pages of Crack Comics: Inkie was a cartoon character who would emerge from the drawn page and interact with his cartoonists, including creator Al Stahl and the legendary Jack Cole (who worked on two Inkie stories). Patty Leidy continues the tradition with this self-caricature berated by a rather more demanding Inkie:
